To arrange for calibration of your noise monitoring equipment, find each item in the lists and click to add.

You can click again to book multiples of the same product.

Once you have selected the products, click the Your Details button to enter your contact details and to get a final estimate including any delivery charges.

After booking you will have the option to print the Address Label for shipping and the Service Sheet, which should be put inside the box as it includes instructions for the engineer, along with your contact details.

The price for return delivery is calculated once you have entered your delivery address, but before you complete the booking.

If you want to collect the equipment in person or send a courier then you can cancel the return delivery charge.

For customers in the UK, USA and Canada we offer a collection service too. You can select this option and see the price after entering your address.

Many repairs and adjustments are included in the standard calibration charge. If there will be any additional charges we will contact you before proceeding.

There is no charge for the initial checks.

We will contact you to discuss any chargeable repairs. If you decide not to go ahead then we return the equipment to you. There will be no charge for this service.

Once we have received your equipment we contact you about paying for the calibration and any repairs that may be needed. At this stage you can decide whether to go ahead with the work or not.

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.
